Delivery Fees

We offer free standard delivery (9:30am to 6PM) to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. For time-specific delivery service, we have the following options.

Morning Delivery (9:30am to 1pm) - $350

Afternoon Delivery (2pm to 6pm) - $250

Evening Delivery (After 6:30pm) - $200

We do not deliver to Outlying Islands or to Lantau Island

Returns We are unable to offer returns because fresh flowers are perishable. Our flowers are of the highest quality and are flawless when delivered to you, but we are unable to guarantee the condition that the flowers are kept in after they arrive and in subsequent days. Please feel free to contact us if you need advise on how to care for your flowers.
